steering my own vessel

I asked my Higher Guidance, “What would you have me know today?” Here’s the answer:

I am proud of you for finding the center of your own life and steering your Self in the direction of your own North Star.

This life is for you to walk your path the best way you can following the agreements you’ve made with your soul. Abundant guidance is available from countless spirit and human sources. Your arc of time involves deeply enriching experiences—learning the details and nuances within your unique constellation of elements that make up your body, your humanity and all that is involved with or touched by your life. Enjoy the miracles.

It is impossible to know or understand all of this, yet fascinating and worthy to try. Your awareness spirals inwards and outwards at the same time even as you carry on conversations, attempt to focus on your tasks, and have the ideas to rest your eyes, go for a walk, or listen to the sounds of being alive.

Every moment arrives, exists, and falls away. This happens no matter how you feel about anything as long as you breathe and your heart beats. All of the things you have made your business, decided to care about, valued or held dear…all these choices can be made and unmade, nothing remains static. No need to be over or underwhelmed by it all. You are designed to consistently adjust, adapt, and grow to match your circumstances. Whether you resist or not, change will come.

The ways you feel stuck, burdened, insignificant, and other types of limiting phenomena are fluctuating as clouds in the sky. Your hands are on the steering wheel of your life. At times, you will whole-heartedly and innocently add the hands of others to the wheel and watch them direct your choices because it feels like love. It’s not. You’re not wrong. Part of the ride is exploring this version of love, and perhaps finding it not quite right, gently removing those erroneous hands you’ve encouraged to steer your ship with firm kindness.

Steer your own vessel. Feel how the blessings of your ancestors who wish you will fill up the sails. Enjoy the elements of this ride, or don’t. It’s your journey of remembering, discovering, and continuously coming home to your own authenticity.
